Downtown / Brickell

Imagine Yourself at the Top

In the 1870s, pioneers William and Mary Brickell founded a trading post on the shores of the Miami River. They had grand visions of a thriving community on Biscayne Bay – and their vision was right on the money.

In their widest dreams, they could never have imagined that this charming community, nicknamed the Manhattan of Miami, would someday offer over 5 million square feet of office space, be adjacent to the busiest passenger cruise port, and be within minutes to one of the busiest airports in the world, Miami International. In addition, Brickell/Downtown is home to over 100 international and domestic financial institutions, making it the country’s second largest international banking center.

With its sleek high-rises offering amazing views of the city and Biscayne Bay, the architectural masterpieces of Brickell/Downtown also give the City of Miami one of the most well-known skylines in the world. But it’s more than luxury condos and towering office buildings – every imaginable amenity can be found in the Brickell/Downtown area. There’s an abundance of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, nightclubs, quaint cafes and more. There’s also wide, winding roads lined with beautiful homes, charming parks and a community that enjoys being unusually tight-knit. Downtown/Brickell has much to offer, especially if you’re looking for a resort style of urban living.
